Sreerupa is an Economics Graduate and Cost & Works Accountant with over 25 years’ cross-functional experience in Financial Consultancy, Health Care, Logistics, ITES and IT Industry. She is a speaker in various Forums and actively engages with the young minds as mentor to keep herself updated with the thinking of the current generation. Sreerupa has worked as Global CHRO for an Indian Multinational operating in the IT Products and Services space for 4 years. Prior to this, she was the CHRO for a TATA Group Company for 6 years. She has also worked in Companies like Siemens and Wipro. She is an enthusiastic and innovative HR player with expertise in the areas of Workforce Optimization & Transformation, Recruitment, HR Policies/Practices, Talent Management, Organisation Culture, Compensation & Benefit management, HR Operations Management.
Sreerupa Sengupta was the POSH Committee Chairman for very large organisations she had worked for. Currently she is an External Committee member for multiple companies. She has been practising DEI even before POSH Act came into effect. She has experience of more than 100 POSH enquiries.

Her training and coaching experience includes Government companies, PSUs and Corporates in the Oil & Gas, Science and Technology, Manufacturing, Retail, IT and ITES sector. Anuradha has 4 Master Degrees in Chemistry, Education, Psychotherapy and Applied Psychology. Additionally, she is a certified Assessment Center Analyst and is certified in People Analytics and Digital HR. She has designed and delivered several Managerial and Leadership Competency Development interventions. Her success as a Learning facilitator and Coach lies in her ability to align the bigger goals of the organisations /BSUs/ teams to the targets of employees through identifying their strengths and motivations.
